Internet Dating - Intimate Moments!

You found your perfect match! Good for you! Now get ready for the ride, and it could get bumpy!!! Especially if you are a male over 40!

Nothing plays havoc with a new romance than getting intimate, only to find out something is wrong... Maybe it's been a while and you are just too nervous. Maybe you think the chemistry is just not there.

If you are a male over the age of 40, maybe it's that dreaded condition you keep seeing commercials about on TV and heard about on the radio.... ED (there, I said it)

Erectile Dysfunction is a common condition that loves to mess with relationships all over the world. I know, it ruined my last marriage. Not performing at the right moment is not good, especially in a new relationship. This affects everyone involved, not just the woman, not just the man.

Before you go running off the the doctor at the first sign of difficulty, or head off to the Canadian Pharmacy that sends us all ads everyday for those little miracle pills, there are other options. First and foremost, work with your new partner and see if there is something missing or something that is uncomfortable going on. It could be a simple, fixable thing you can work out. Maybe your partner is not doing something you need to get started. It's always the little things sometimes.

Next step would be to do some research on causes for this problem. You will be amazed at some of the things that make this happen. You will also be amazed at how easy it is to fix and even enhance the experience. There are books on this subject that will help you find the answers and let you know when you should go to the doctor for medical help.

For the ladies, you have your own set of problems to deal with. I've seen both sides of this where the guy is everything she wants but for some reason there just isn't anything happening. The same thing pretty much applies to you. Research some of the reasons. There are just as many solutions for you as there are for the mens problems, and some of them are really fun!

Now go to your room!

Try to have fun in life. Don't sweat the little things because all in all, they add up to stress and are the main cause for some of our problems. Keep in shape and take care of the body and it will last a long time, enabling you to enjoy the pleasures that couples enjoy.

Have a wonderful 2009!

Internet Dating - When it Happens!

So.... We've been through some of the beginning aspects of dating on the internet, and saw some of the obstacles and hoops we need to jump through, now what happens when it all comes together and there is the dream mate you have been looking for?

Probably the first thing you will be asked is what are you going to do with all the site memberships and postings you have up? Trust me, you won't be asking this of yourself! Your new found mate will want to know, as will all your contacts from those sites!

With any luck, you will have found someone who will have the same problem so you can work it out together as to what to do with the sites. Most couples build a new site together so they can keep some of the their friends and keep everything up front and above board. You don't want to kill the benefits of your search by continuing to search for what you have already found.

On the other hand, what if this doesn't work out?

Then you have to start all over again and you know how long that took... One suggestion is to put the profile on hold or hide it for the time being and see how things go. I'd give some type of notice to your closest friends on there and maybe invite them to the new profile just so you can keep in touch without causing any suspicions. I'm sure your new mate will agree on the same strategy, if not, find a common ground. It may cost you a few friends but life is a compromise sometimes.

The next entry will touch on a not so pleasant obstacle we all face as we get older and try to find true love, both on and off the internet. Thanks again for stopping! All my best in 2009 to you and your friends and family!
